innovative process

The challenge

The installation involved two directly connected elements of the façade system. The Kingframe substrate needed to provide an accurately positioned supporting structure for the subsequent Marley cladding installation. Maintaining consistent alignment and coordinating the interfaces between these components were therefore central practical requirements throughout Simbi Ltd’s work.

project goals

Our works focused on completing the specified façade installation:

  • Install the Kingframe substrate
  • Install the Marley cladding system

the result

Simbi Ltd completed the installation of the Kingframe substrate and Marley cladding system at Goldsmiths University in Deptford. Together, these elements formed the supporting structure and external cladding finish within our specialist scope for Bryen & Langley Ltd. The completed works contributed to the delivery of the building’s wider external façade.
