Simbi Ltd was appointed by FK Facades Ltd to deliver Stage 5 façade design and remediation works at Whitgift Street in Croydon, London. Our scope includes removing the existing non-compliant render and supplying and installing a new SPS Envirowall Direct Fix Render System. We are also installing OBEX Class B EPDM and adhesive alongside Siderise firebreak products.

The challenge

The works require the careful removal of non-compliant render followed by the coordinated installation of the replacement façade components. The render system, EPDM and firebreak products must be incorporated accurately at their respective interfaces. Our Stage 5 design work supports the detailed coordination of these elements and provides the information needed to deliver the specified façade remediation scope.

The Whitgift Street project is currently in progress. Simbi Ltd is delivering the agreed façade design and remediation package for FK Facades Ltd, covering the removal of the non-compliant render and installation of the specified render, EPDM and firebreak systems. Further completion details can be added once the works have concluded and the final project outcome has been confirmed.
